This gift set from Berkel Adhoc is a great gift for the meat lover, or for yourself if you own a (Berkel) slicer. In the luxury gift box you will find two knives with black handles: a chef's knife with a 16 cm blade and a boning knife with a 16 cm blade. In addition, a red apron with the Berkel logo embroidered on it, a ham clamp in stainless steel and a brush for cleaning the grindstone in the slicer.
We recommend washing the blades by hand with hot water to prolong their user life. Do not use (scouring) sponges or abrasive cloths for cleaning and always dry the knife after use.
