• Chef's knife - Indispensable in the kitchen, a chef's knife. 20 cm blade. Ideal for cutting meat, fish, vegetables and fruit.
• Meat knife - Strong, inflexible and user-friendly meat knife. 22 cm blade. For (touching) cutting roast meat or poultry.

To prolong the life of the blades, we recommend using the knife only for what it is made for. Clean them with soap and water after use and then dry them well.

Do not clean the handle with (ethyl) alcohol!
