VOLANO B114 JOURNEY
limited edition
The first Volano was invented by Wilhelmus Adrianus Van Berkel more than a century ago, in 1898. His talent transformed the labour-intensive process of meat cutting into an efficient and even method. This invention laid the foundation for the continuous development of the product.
Now, 126 years later, the company continues to innovate and has had renewed success with the "Volano B114 Journey Special Edition," a limited edition of 100 pieces.
This special edition combines vintage visual elements and mechanical components as symbols of reliability and durability. It pays homage to mechanical elegance, with artistic decorative elements on the flywheel, stand and discs, resulting in a unique aesthetic effect.
Developed in collaboration with ML Engraving, a leading laser engraver in Europe, this innovative design embodies Italian taste with a modern twist.
