The B114 'Flywheel' slicer is suitable for intensive use and for any type of meat products, especially the finest prosciutto. The machine is made of (painted) aluminium with stainless steel details. It has a built-in knife sharpener and the thickness can be easily adjusted. The B114 slicer from berkel has a 319 mm blade. They are available in red or black, with a base in the matching colour. Expandable with a presentation plate, on which you can have your own personalised message etched.
Stand and wheel set
Specially designed for Meindersma; the wheel set for the B114 slicer. The design allows the Cutting Machine with foot to be rolled easily over smooth floors. The lever construction makes the wheels practically invisible by hiding them under the foot.
