THE 'FLYWHEEL'

The symbol of the B114X is undoubtedly the 'Flywheel': it has been completely redesigned, leaving the floral style for a minimalist approach. Made of aluminium with a steel core, the flywheel maintains the perfect traction so characteristic of Berkel slicers, balancing weight and volume with cutting-edge aesthetics. The radial machining, shaded towards the centre, enhances the unique texture created by the machining process itself, giving it an essential and refined look.

THE FOOTPOT

The B114X is sold together with a base, which has also been redesigned to perfectly match the contemporary design of the mechanism. The ring, turned from a solid block of aluminium, eliminates the traditional legs of the stand and recalls the roundness of the flywheel. This stylistic choice offers a unique visual balance, turning the slicer into a design object that can enrich any space.

GRAVURES

The engravings are the result of meticulous machining. The embellishments also carry meaning: the Berkel logo, the inscription 'Milano' and the name of the cutter have been precision-cut by milling technology. This creates a subtle, veiled effect that adds sophistication and elegance.
