The 319 mm chrome-plated steel blade (100Cr6) with a professional profile delivers precise, thin slices with minimal waste. Thanks to the quick-clean and return system and the manual millimeter knob, product positioning is precise and easy. The iconic Berkel tower design is enhanced by gold accents and a balanced square flywheel that prevents unintended rotation. The included removable sharpener with simple operation increases ease of use. The slice thickness is adjustable from 0 to 1.5 mm in 11 settings. A wide steel deflector makes removing slices efficient.
Cleaning & Hygiene
Hygiene is guaranteed by a removable stainless steel food tray and a quickly removable, dishwasher-safe splash guard. The assisted pusher with stainless steel rack ensures safe and secure product clamping. A rear compartment catches residue and makes cleaning quick and thorough. The deflector removal system speeds up the cleaning process.
