De Berkel Volano B114 combineert topkwaliteit met elegantie en robuustheid. Het frame is gemaakt van een speciale gegoten aluminiumlegering met roestvrijstalen onderdelen en rubberen, verstelbare voetjes die zorgen voor optimale stabiliteit en veelzijdigheid.
Het 319 mm verchroomde stalen mes (100Cr6) met professioneel profiel levert perfecte, dunne plakjes met minimale verspilling. Dankzij het geavanceerde snel-opruim- en terugzetsysteem van de voedselplaat en de nauwkeurige handmatige millimeterknop positioneer je het product altijd precies goed. Het iconische Berkel-torenontwerp krijgt extra allure door gouden accenten.
Het vierkante, intern gebalanceerde vliegwiel voorkomt ongewenste rotatie, terwijl de meegeleverde afneembare slijper met één-vingerbediening zorgt voor constante scherpte. De snijdikte is instelbaar van 0 tot 1,5 mm met 11 posities. Een brede stalen deflector met eenvoudige koppeling maakt het verwijderen van plakjes extra makkelijk.
Reiniging & Hygiëne
Hygiëne staat centraal. De roestvrijstalen voedselplaat is afneembaar voor snelle en grondige reiniging. De productduwer met roestvrijstalen rek biedt een veilige grip op het product. Er is veel ruimte voor gemakkelijke reiniging en een aparte opvangruimte voor afvalmateriaal aan de achterkant.
Het deflectorverwijderingssysteem is snel en eenvoudig te bedienen. De uitneembare opvangplaat is vaatwasmachinebestendig, wat het onderhoud vereenvoudigt.
