The Essentia German 30 is the successor to the Berkel 834. The "German" collection is the top model of Berkel's professional electric slicers for enthusiasts of the "legendary red" machines. The German line was developed specifically for MMR (Mass Market Retailers) and meets the needs of all customers seeking uncompromising cutting performance, the highest safety standards, and unparalleled ease of cleaning in this category. This results in simple operation and fast cutting processes, while simultaneously reducing operating costs. They combine the elegant design of all Berkel slicers, which in this special line is complemented by all the red Tecnopolymer details, with the best functionality.
