The Essentia German 30 is the successor to the Berkel 834. The ''German'' collection is the top model among Berkel's professional electric slicers for lovers of the ‘legendary red’ machines. The German line has been specially developed for MMR (Mass Market Retailers) and meets the needs of all customers who are looking, without compromise, for the highest slicing performance, the highest safety standards and unrivalled ease of cleaning in this category, achieving simple operation and fast slicing processes with a corresponding reduction in operating costs. All machines in this product line are designed to deliver the best performance available on the market in every category. They combine the elegant design of all Berkel slicers, complemented in this special line by red techno-polymer details throughout, with the best functionality. Nothing has been left to chance; every detail gives the user an operational advantage.
- 100Cr6 steel blade, the best on the market, for a perfect cut and longer-lasting sharpness
-Increased base plate thickness (for a machine weight between 40 kg and 50 kg depending on the version) and red techno-polymer feet with non-slip rubber inserts for absolute stability while slicing
- Slicing plate and blade cover with Superglide® technology to reduce product friction and prevent the product from heating up, so that the original flavour is preserved
