To return a product, it must be unopened and in its original packaging. You can submit a return request via your account or by sending an email to support@berkelsnijmachines.com. As soon as we have received and checked the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account. Please note that, due to our small size as a webshop, we cannot offer free returns. The costs for returning are therefore at your expense. The counterparty has 14 days to register a return shipment and 14 days to actually return the return shipment. After checking and approving the return shipment, the counterparty will be refunded within 14 days.
