The B114 'Flywheel' slicer is suitable for intensive use and for any type of meat products, especially the finest prosciutto. The machine is made of (painted) aluminium with stainless steel details. It has a built-in knife sharpener and the thickness can be easily adjusted. The B114 slicer from berkel has a 319 mm blade. In black and gold (Special made). Expandable with a presentation plate, on which you can have your own personalised message etched.
