The B114 'Flywheel' slicer is suitable for intensive use and for any type of meat products, especially the finest prosciutto. The machine is made of (painted) aluminium with stainless steel details. It has a built-in knife sharpener and the thickness can be easily adjusted. Berkel's B114 slicer has a 319 mm blade. They are available in red, black and white with a base in the matching colour. Expandable with a presentation plate, on which you can have your own personalised message etched.
