This partnership is rooted in a shared local area of excellence and dedication. The Volano slicer, itself an icon of design and functionality, has been reinterpreted through an innovative process. By seamlessly bringing together artisan trade and cutting-edge technology, the team has revived this classic and made it a symbol of travel, precision and industrial passion.

The Volano B114 Journey - Special Edition is a celebration of our talent, enriched by the expertise and innovation of ML Engraving.

This work is a tribute to the elegance of mechanics, a bridge between the past and the future, a symbol of how passion can elevate itself, from 1898 to today.

PERFORMANCE

• An edition limited to a maximum of 100 pieces, each accompanied by a certificate of authenticity
• Special body structure made of aluminium alloy, painted black with cast iron effect, chrome-plated steel and gold-plated details.
• Laser engraving accentuates graphic details with a rough-feeling effect.
• Berkel Flywheel, gold-plated, with a square profile, internally balanced to block rotation in any position
• A nod to Berkel's past and history, a tribute to mechanics and reinterpretations of the logo.
• Comes with a free Berkel cleaning kit, so you can effortlessly clean the machine after each use
• Adjustable feet in different configurations
• 319 mm 100cr6 chrome-plated steel blade with professional profile: reduces waste and ensures perfect slices
• Fast forward and return system for food plates combined with a manual millimetre knob for perfect product positioning
• Removable grinder included with one-movement control system to increase grinding reliability
• Gauge plate opening knob with 11 positions to adjust cutting thickness from 0 mm to 1.5 mm
• Very thin residual product to minimise material wastage
• Wide steel deflector with facilitated coupling for better slice removal
