We ship packages within 1 business day if all items are in stock, and you will usually receive them within 3 to 5 business days.

To return a product, it must be unopened and in its original packaging. You can submit a return request by sending an email to infor@berkelsnijmachines.com . Once we have received and checked the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account. Please note that due to our small size as a webshop, we cannot offer free returns. The costs for returning are therefore at your expense
