For orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs are free with an order amount of €39.00 or more. Otherwise, shipping costs are €6.95. For orders to Belgium and Germany, shipping costs are free for orders of €39.00 or more. Otherwise, shipping costs are €8.95 to Belgium and €9.95 to Germany.

As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive a personal Track & Trace code from us. With this code, you can track your order effortlessly and be informed of its delivery status.
To return a product, it must be unopened and in its original packaging. You can submit a return request via your account or by sending an email to support@bewthai.nl. Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will refund the purchase price to your account. Please note that, due to our small size as a webshop, we cannot offer free returns. You will therefore have to bear the cost of the return.
