This line of slicers for home use is the synthesis of the know-how of Berkel's technical team, which strives for functionality and high safety and hygiene standards. The chrome-plated steel blade with professional profile ensures a perfect cut by reducing cutting loss and guaranteeing uniform cutting results. The blade guard with continuous profile facilitates the cutting of the cutting product and the oblique opening of the measuring plate facilitates the cutting of the cutting points for optimum performance. The motor block guarantees better performance, even when cutting harder products. In addition, the integrated CE-certified safety lock protects and ensures quick and easy cleaning.
